1) General information
- We only sell and ship our products within the EEC
- Cakes and pies of Maison Kelder, Dudok and Lily's cupcakes are only delivered to The Hague or in our store can be picked
2) Pick up in our shop
You can pick the orders in our shop on the Frederik Hendriklaan 149, Den Haag, the Netherlands.
3) Order delivery
Your order will be shipped once your payment has been received. We use your payment after receiving a delivery of a few days.
Any damage incurred during shipment which should after receive your order the same day to be reported to our sales department. By phone (070-3550658) or by e-mail to info@le-connaisseur.nl
4) Shipping charges
For shipping costs we charge € 6.75 in the Netherlands. For shipments outside the Netherlands we charge € 10.00 shipping costs.
