Explanation regarding ordering and payment on our website:
1) If you have selected a product, you can order the product by pressing the
Add to Cart button in the lower right box.
The you will go to the next screen What's In My Cart? In this screen You have 3 choices on the bottom bar:
- Continue Shopping, click on this button if you want to continue shopping.
- Update Cart, click this button if you want to change the number of products. First, change in the field "Qty" the number of the desired products and click on "Update Cart". The totals of the screen are now recalculated.
- Checkout, click on this button if you want to checkout.
If you pressed on the buttont "Order" you will go the screen "Checkout" (if you do not see the screen "Checkout" please contact us).
2) Proceed to the second block "Billing Address"
Enter your name and address information, if you have already created an account you can click on the button "Login". If you don't have an account created please complete all fields marked with an * (these are required fields).
After you have entered your data, click the "Update" button. If you scroll down with your mouse you will now have the opportunity to:
- to specify a different delivery address in the block "Delivery Address".
- select your preferred payment method in the block "Payment Method".
In the block "Shipping Method" the default choice is Delivery costs of package service, if you decide to pick up the product in our shop in The Hague we don't charge these costs to you.
In the block "Add Comments About Your Order" you can add information regarding delivery dates or an accompanying text.
If you scroll down the screen, click "Continue", you can proceed to checkout,
