Is a delicious Italian white wine from the Veneto region. This wine is made by Casa Vinicola Bennati from Pinot Grigio grapes.
Antonio Bennati was born in 1870 in Cazzano di Tramigna, just a few kilometers from Soave. "Toni Recioto", as he was called in honor of the raisin wine of that name, started ad an early age to produce and sell wine in the famous bottles in straw baskets. He was followed by his son Annibale, who in 1920 established the winery Cantine Bennati. We have been a big winery telling the story of the wines of Valtramigna for more than 140 years.
This Italian white wine is a surprising wine due to its fine acidity, delicious intensity and rich body. This special Pinot Grigio, derived from the Verona's hills, has a stern color with copper shades that make this wine interesting and exceptional. A light bouquet of apples, lemon and peach, with honey and minerals.
This wine can be drunk with all kinds of dishes, but it is best for fish dishes, grilled vegetables, lobster with rich sauces, game dishes or ripened sheepskin.
