Is a delicious Italian white wine from the Friuli region. This wine is made by winery Borgo Conventi from Pinot Grigio grapes.
A rich landowner of noble origins, a friar and a piece of land on which to build the first monastery in the area of Farra d’Isonzo … this is how the ancient legend that gave the estate its name came into existence. A more recent story begins in 1975 with the establishment of Borgo Conventi and with the promise to produce fine and elegant wines. A commitment, reasserted in 2001 when the estate was acquired by the Folonari family, which translated into a boost in production while maintaining utmost respect for the tradition and the origins.
This Italian Friuli wine has a straw yellow color with lightly copper glare. Fragrant, intense and complex aromas with scents of ripe pears and wild flowers. A medium to full-bodied taste with a remarkable aromatic persistence.
Fish starters, seafood, semi-seasoned cheeses, soups and poultry.
