Domaine Cady also produces a delicious Moelleux (sweet) wine from the Loire Valley.
Domaine Cady Coteaux du Layon is a particularly fine wine. Hand-picked in several stages to obtain the ideal ripening of the grapes. The pourriture noble (noble rot) gives this wine its special taste and richness, just like a Sauternes. Beautiful golden yellow in color; in the scent hints of peach, ripe pear and slightly caramelized sugar. Beautifully full and yet fresh in taste due to the refreshing and non-sticky acidity in the aftertaste.
Delicious wine with fish dishes, Asian dishes and cheeses.
Coteaux du Layon is a delicious white wine from the Loire area France. This wine is made from Chenin Blanc grapes by Domaine Cady.
Recommended wine serving temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
