Pellegrino Marsala

Is an Italian fortified wine made in the area of Marsala on the western part of Sicily. In 1773 this wine was "discovered" by the English traveling salesman John Woodhouse. The wine is made from white and / or blue grapes. Main grape varieties are: Grillo, Catarrato, Inzolia, Damaschino, Pignatello and Nero d'Avola. Marsala has three groups of color shades. Oro (golden yellow), Ambra (brown / amber) and Rubino (ruby red). The flavors range from secco (dry), demisecco (semi-dry) to dolce (sweet).

Carlo Pellegrino

Carlo Pellegrino is a real family business that has been making Marsala (fortified wine) and still wine since 1880. The seventh generation is now in charge of the day-to-day management of the company, both in the vineyards and in the wine cellar. Respect, care, love and dedication have always been central to the long family history. These values have been passed on from father to son and from mother to daughter. That makes the Pellegrinos one of the most respected wine-making families in Sicily.

Pellegrino Marsala Cremovo All'Uovo

Pellegrino Marsala Cremovo All'Uovo is based on Pellegrino's Marsala Fine. The typical rich marsala flavor with added egg aromas.
