Monogram Blanc de Blancs is Castel Faglia’s renown Cuvée obtained from the best Cru originating from the centennial vine-clad terraces of the company. It best expresses the nature and excellence of the Castel Faglia style. A style which enhances the strength of rich and complex flavours in perfect harmony with it’s refined and elegant scents. Produced exclusively with white grapes it’s composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Bianco.

The scent carries intense fresh fruit and citrus fruit aromas. The colour is straw-gold with green reflexes, abundant mousse with a refined and persistent perlage. The flavour is rich, balanced and mellow, with strong sapidity and freshness.

Thanks to it’s features it may be served in any moment. Perfect with shellfish, caviar, raw fish, fish and white meat and selected cold cuts. It’s ideal to create a special atmosphere during cocktails and important occasions.
