Salentein Alyda is a beautiful, elegant, dry sparkling wine with a fine mousse and sufficient structure. Aromas of soft citrus fruits, nuts, peaches, apricots and some brioche.
Gustavo Bauzá makes a perfect, unique sparkling wine from the famous Champagne grapes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the Uco Valley, 100% from our own vineyards. The wine is made according to the Méthode Charmat and aged for twelve months before bottling.
Nice wine as aperitif or in combination with fish dishes.
