Salentein Selection Sauvignon Blanc

Salentein Selection Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious Argentinian Sauvignon Blanc wine from Bodegas Salentein. The vineyards are located in Alto Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Mendoza, 1300 meters above sea level. The soil consists of coarse rock, which provides perfect water drainage. The nights are cool and the days sunny and warm. All this gives the wine its unique characteristics. This wine has not been aged in wood. The grapes were harvested exclusively at night. Refrigerated peel soak of 5 hours at 10 degrees Celsius. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 3 months and the wine then ages in the bottle for another 2 months before being released on the market.

Beautiful light yellow color with a hint of green. The first thing you notice about this Sauvignon Blanc is its intense and ripe aroma. Pear, fig and citrus aromas complemented by beautiful spicy notes such as boxwood, thyme and white pepper.
