Southern Right Pinotage is a classic wine packed with complex aromas of black plums, blueberries, mulberries and wild herbs. Elegant, lots of minerality and beautiful tannins. Due to the cooler vineyards, the grapes are picked later, which gives optimal ripeness. The more classic fruit aromas and structure are the result of clay-rich soil.
This Pinotage wine undergoes a traditional vinification: 9 months aging in French oak barrels, 56% in 228 liter barrels and 44% in 440 liter barrels.
An excellent accompaniment to roasted meat dishes such as entrecote or flat-iron steak. At the end of the meal with a richly filled cheese plate with various cheeses and chutney.
