Stepp Dornfelder

Stepp Dornfelder is known for its full, deep red color and the taste of fresh fruit. This red wine has a pleasant bouquet with lots of red fruits and forest fruits. Dornfelder itself is a cross of 4 grapes; Lemberger, Frühburgunder, Portugieser and Trollinger. This wine has intense fruity aromas of amarene cherries, blackberries and elderberries. Sturdy, yet supple and elegant. Without wood ageing, this wine acts full on primary fruit, and the drink is sultry with little tannin.

Wine - Food pairing

Delicious with poultry, white meat or pork, dishes with earthy vegetables and ingredients such as mushrooms.
