Velenosi Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, an Italian wine from Marche Italy, has an intense ruby red color with purplish nuances. Its fragrance is of remarkable richness and very intense, fruity (strawberry, cherry) and floral (violet, rose buds). On the palate, this wine is soft with light tannins and subtle hints of almond, in perfect harmony with its olfactory sensations.
After being destemmed, the grapes are placed in small stainless steel fermentation tanks where they ferment at a controlled temperature. The maceration on skins lasts about 20 days with a daily virtual closed pumping over to preserve the fruity and floral notes.
Delicious with cold meat dishes, both red and white and pasta dishes with red sauce.
Velenosi Lacrima di Morro d'Alba is a delicious Italian red wine from the Marche region Italy. This wine is made by winery Velenosi from Lacrima di Morro d’Alba grapes.
Velenosi's passion comes from waiting for the harvest, producing the wine and discovering the aromas it will develop. The search for a perfect balance between taste and color led to the creation of Cantina Velenosi in 1984. Entrepreneurs Ercole and Angela Velenosi have combined craft tradition and advanced technology, creatively interpreting the winemaking process and thus starting a company that is constantly growing, with Paolo Garbini which joined in 2005, and which today spreads worldwide the scents and colors of the Piceno area through its unique wines.
