Finca Flichman

Finca Flichman

Finca Flichman was founded in 1873 in the district south of Maipú Mendoza. Finca Flichman played an import role in the Argentine viticulture. The first vineyards were planted by the Flichman family in Barrancas, a magnificent terroir with a stony soil that was once a riverbed. Here also rose the still existing historic bodega. In 1983 Flichman exchanged hands and fell into the hands of the Portuguese group Sogrape.

Red and White wines

Although Flichman produces excellent Chardonnay, is, as it is common throughout Argentina the emphasis is on red wines. Made from grapes like Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyards

Finca Flichman’s vineyards extend over 400 cultivated hectares and are distributed in two different Mendoza regions: Barrancas, Maipú, Tupungato and in Valle de Uco.
