Corte Giara - Allegrini

Corte Giara - Allegrini

Corte Giara - by Allegrini

The vineyards for this wine are situated on the hills around Verona, 180-200 meters above sea level. The soil is quite soft and often calcareous. The average plantin density per hectare is 3000 sticks for corvina and 3600 for the merlot. Average age of the vines: 25 years.

This project started in 1989 in Veneto and targets all world markets; it is the result of a collaboration between the Allegrini family and a select group of wine-growers. The vineyards have deep, fertile soils that are well-suited to Veronese grapes as well as some international varietals.
