Meinklang is located on the eastern side of Lake Neusiedler, right on the Hungarian border. What does the name Meinklang stand for? Mein expresses the personal touch of the young winemaker Werner Michlits. Meinklang stands for harmony with nature. The wines are from controlled biodynamic cultivation and show an unadulterated expression of the local terroir. Here also freedom in the vineyard for the plants: No or limited pruning and they are allowed to grow in complete freedom. An above-average number of grapes ripen with very small grapes and the harvest is ultimately smaller than normal.
