Santa Ema

Santa Ema

A family legacy, Santa Ema’s beginnings date back to the early twentieth century, when don Pedro Pavone Voglino, an Italian immigrant, athlete, and businessman, discovered in Isla de Maipo the terroir that today is home to our headquarters.

The founder and his son, Félix Pavone Arbea—an entrepreneur and visionary—began the Vinos Santa Ema company in 1956. They equipped it with a state of the art industrial infrastructure to develop and bottle high-quality wines.

Since then, Santa Ema has opened its doors to Chile and the world, beginning to export its wine, and showing solid and uninterrupted growth that today has reached a presence in 30 countries, led by the third and fourth generations of the family.
