Weingut Emil Bauer
Weingut Emil Bauer & Söhne is a family business run by the fifth generation: Alexander and Martin Bauer. In the picturesque Nußdorf in Rheinland-Pfalz, the best conditions for wine growing can be found. The far-reaching improvements in the cellar and wine press have made the quality of the wines even better in recent years, which is why both winemakers were nominated as Newcomer of the year 2014 at the Falstaff.
Large variety of Grapes
A large number of grape varieties are grown here, which is typical for the Pfalz. In addition to classics such as Riesling, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder and Silvaner, there are also international varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. But all this is nothing compared to what the brothers have developed in the field of label design. The revolutionary 'Just Riesling' label is already a legend and the other provocative labels are just as successful; each label tells a piece from the life of the two brothers, about how they are and how they think.
Emil Bauer is available in Riesling Trocken, Weisburgunder, Spatburgunder Trocken, Riesling "No Sex" (also in Magnum), Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc "Do not drink my" (also in Magnum), Pinot Blanc "Happy", Merlot "Makes you forget "(also in Magnum), Cuvée Noir" At least be drunk "(also in Magnum) and Sauvignon Blanc Fumé.
