Weingut Eymann is located in the center of the German wine region Pfalz, in southwestern Germany. The vineyards are located on the upper terraces of the Rhine, which arose during the last Ice Age. Although here 2,000 years of viticulture takes place, the Romans started it at the time, wine has been produced organically since 1983.
Werner Eymann is the father of Vincent, now more and more involved in the family business, who makes his own wines and together they look at what the terroir brings them.
The winery has 15 hectares of vineyard, on which various grape varieties are grown. The famous grape varieties Riesling and Pinot Blanc cover 5 hectares, on the other 5 hectares Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Silvaner, Gewürztraminer and Muskateller are grown. On the remaining 5 hectares there are blue grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, but also Dornfelder, St. Laurent, Regent, Merlot and Cabernet Cubin.
