Fattoria Laila is located in Corinaldo. In the north of the Verdicchio area. It lies in the rolling hills of the Marche on the east coast of Italy. With views of the Adriatic Sea. The best part of the wine landscape is about 20 km inland. In 1990 the young perfectionist producer Andrea Crocenzi took over Fattoria Laila together with oenologist Lorenzo Landi. Fattoria Laila owns vineyards up to a height of 500 meters above sea level. Landi has further adapted the vineyards. Among other things, by opting for an unusually high density of 8000 vines per hectare for Marche. It limits the vigor of the plants and ensures a high-quality fruit that ripens fairly late. These are very conscious choices for quality rather than quantity. Something that is not self-evident in the regions of Central Italy.
