At Azienda Agricola Brigaldara, the management of the vineyard is central. Here most of the work is done manually. The importance of preserving biodiversity and respect for the ecosystem is taken into account in every decision. Other important elements are the ripening process of the grapes and the individual needs of each vineyard. Rapid interventions, precise operations and a drastic reduction of treatments in the vineyard guarantee a sustainable long-term vision for the vineyards. Incidentally, pesticides and synthetic products are banned on this vineyard in favor of responsible use of sulphur, copper and pelleted manure.
