Bellingham

Bellingham Winery

Bellingham was founded in 1693 by Gerrit Hollander Janz van Vuuren and his French Huguenot wife. Bellingham subsequently developed into a South African winery with a choice of quality wines. Wines from the New World, made in the classical way. The current Bellingham range reflects the history of the house. A history tied to a golden thread of innovation, ingenuity and foresight.

Minimal intervention

At Bellingham they use so-called minimal intervention when making wine. They want to make a natural product with as few interventions as possible in the wine cellar. They combine age-old methods with contemporary technical feats to create quality wines that reflect the grape and terroir.
