Nyetimber

Nyetimber is a prestigious English sparkling wine producer, based in West Sussex, England. It was established in 1988 by Stuart and Sandy Moss, who were inspired by the idea of creating exceptional sparkling wines from the English countryside, using the traditional Champagne method. The winery's first vineyards were planted in 1986, and the first vintage was released in 1992.

Nyetimber's vineyards cover an area of over 170 hectares across West Sussex and Hampshire, with a range of soil types including chalk, greensand and clay. The winery is dedicated to sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices, with a focus on natural pest control, minimal water usage, and organic and biodynamic practices.

The winery produces a range of sparkling wines, including Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Rosé, and Cuvee Chérie. Nyetimber's wines have received numerous awards and accolades over the years, and are often compared favorably to Champagne in blind tastings.
