Artadi Viñas de Gain, a Spanish Rioja wine, has an intense, bright cherry red color. In the nose lots of red fruit and black currants, roasted, balsamic nuances, exotic wood and a hint of licorice. Fresh on the attack, well structured and balanced, fine and elegant tannins, gripping, persistent finish.
Grapes from vines that are at least 25 years old are used for this wine. Vinification in steel vats with cold maceration for 24-48 hours.
This Spanish red wine is a grateful accompaniment to all kinds of tasty dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine, in particular meat or poultry stews, roasted or grilled lamb or pork and matured hard Spanish cheeses.
Artadi Viñas de Gain is a delicious Spanish red wine from the Rioja region Spain. This organic wine is made from Tempranillo grapes.
Recommended wine serving temperature between 15°C and 18°C.
Juan Carlos López de Lacalle is considered the best and most striking winemaker from Rioja. In Bordeaux, Artadi's famous El Pisón would receive the premier grand cru classé classification! This single vineyard produces one of the most beautiful red wines in Spain. The other wines from Artadi are also excellent, from the elegant Rioja Tempranillo, intense Viñas de Gain to the impressive new cru's such as El Carretil, La Poza de Ballesteros and Valdeginés. So this is what is possible in Rioja!
