Golan Heights Winery Sparkling

Golan Heights Winery produces several sparkling wines under its label, including the Yarden Blanc de Blancs and the Yarden Rosé. These wines are made using the traditional Champagne method, which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle to produce the carbonation.

The Yarden Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Golan Heights region. The wine is aged for a minimum of five years in the bottle, resulting in a complex and elegant wine with flavors of citrus, green apple, and toasted bread.

The Yarden Rosé is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, also grown in the Golan Heights region. The wine is aged for a minimum of three years in the bottle, resulting in a wine with a delicate salmon-pink color and flavors of red berries and citrus.

Both of these sparkling wines from Golan Heights Winery are known for their high quality and have won numerous awards and accolades in international wine competitions. They are a great example of the excellent sparkling wines that can be produced in the Golan Heights region.
