Bodegas Azul y Garanza

Azul y Garanza is a winery located in the Navarra region of Spain, known for producing organic wines that reflect the unique terroir of the area. Founded in 2000 by a group of friends, Azul y Garanza has since become one of the leading wineries in the region.

The winery owns over 80 hectares of vineyards, which are planted with a variety of grape varietals, including Garnacha, Tempranillo, Graciano, and Viura. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 400-700 meters and are planted on soils that are rich in limestone and other minerals.

Azul y Garanza produces a range of wines, including their flagship wine, the Azul y Garanza Garnacha. This wine is made from Garnacha grapes and is aged in French oak barrels for 10-12 months. The wine is known for its intense aromas of red fruit, spice, and oak, as well as its full-bodied and well-structured palate.

In addition to their Garnacha wines, Azul y Garanza also produces a range of other wines, including the Azul y Garanza Tempranillo, the Azul y Garanza Graciano, and the Azul y Garanza Viura. These wines are all made from carefully selected grapes and are aged in French oak barrels for varying lengths of time.

Azul y Garanza is known for their commitment to organic and sustainable winemaking practices, and they have been certified by both Ecocert and the USDA.
