Adegas Castro Brey is located in the Ulla Subarea. This mountainous area has many influences from the Atlantic Ocean. The 9 hectares of vineyards are located about 100 meters above sea level.
The terroir consists mainly of granite, quartz and clay and is strongly ferruginous. According to ancient records, the Monastery of Saint Salvador of Camanzo has traditionally grown grapes here on their noble vineyards.
