Weingut Meinklang

Meinklang is a biodynamic winery located in the Neusiedlersee wine region of Austria. The estate has been owned by the Michlits family since 1856 and covers approximately 1,800 hectares of land, which includes vineyards, fruit orchards, fields, and forests. Meinklang is known for its biodynamic practices, which aim to create a self-sustaining ecosystem in which the vines and other crops can thrive without the use of artificial fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.

Meinklang produces a variety of wines, including white, red, and rosé wines made from grapes such as Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Pinot Noir, and Zweigelt. The winery also produces natural wines that are unfiltered, unfined, and fermented with wild yeasts, resulting in unique and complex flavor profiles. In addition to wine, Meinklang also produces biodynamic honey, cider, and other food products. The winery is committed to sustainable farming practices and to creating a diverse and healthy ecosystem on its estate.
