Corvo dal 1824

Corvo Vini is an Italian winery located in the western part of Sicily. The company was founded in 1824 and has a long-standing tradition of producing high-quality wines. Corvo Vini specializes in producing wines made from indigenous Sicilian grape varieties such as Nero d'Avola, Grillo, and Inzolia. They also produce wines from international grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot.

Corvo Vini owns vineyards in different areas of Sicily, including the hills around the city of Trapani and the island of Pantelleria. The vineyards are situated at different altitudes and soils, allowing the winery to produce a diverse range of wines with unique characteristics.

Corvo Vini produces a wide range of wines, including still wines, sparkling wines, and fortified wines. Their most well-known wine is the Corvo Rosso, a blend of Nero d'Avola and Perricone grapes that is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of six months. Other notable wines include Corvo Bianco, a blend of Inzolia and Grecanico grapes, and Duca di Salaparuta, a premium line of wines produced from the best vineyards owned by the company.

In recent years, Corvo Vini has implemented sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices in their vineyards and winemaking processes. They have reduced the use of pesticides and herbicides, and implemented an irrigation system that reduces water consumption by up to 50%
