Domaine Béatrice & Pascal Lambert grow Cabernet Franc grapes for red and rosé wines and Chenin Blanc grapes for white wines. The estate owns 17 hectares of vines in Cravant les Coteaux and Chinon.
Organic farming has been practiced since 20 years. Since 2005 the vines are worked in biodynamic culture, without the use of chemicals. Their way of working in the vineyards and in the cellar, make it possible to value their terroirs and to offer personalized wines . The biodynamic approach searches for the best equilibrium for the plant in its global environment. Of course, this environment is well-suited to the plant.
