Cantina Bolla was founded in 1883. The winery is located in Veneto Italy. The story of the Bolla winery begins with one man: Abele Bolla. He lived in the north of Italy, in the Veneto region. There he owned a small family inn. In order to be able to offer his guests more than just a place to stay, he decided in 1893 to produce a wine. He gave the wine to his guests. This wine, Soave, is a light yellow fresh aromatic wine that reflects well the essence of the Veneto area.
More than 130 years later, the winery Bolla has grown into a world-renowned winery with a wide range of wines. What has remained is the unique taste of the Bolla wines arising from the special climate and terroir of the Veneto area.
Oenologist Christian Zulian has been a winemaker at Bolla since 2015. Before joining Bolla, he spent thirteen years at Marchesi Antinori and several years at Domaine Baron de Rothschild.
