Domaine de Mauperthuis

Marie-Noëlle & Laurent Ternynck have been making impressive wines for 20 years at their small Domaine de Mauperthuis, which is located 8 km south of Chablis. They recently also purchased vineyards in Chablis, Domaine des Marronniers to complete the range of appellations from this region with wines from Chablis.

The Domaine de Mauperthuis and the Domaine des Marronniers extend over forty hectares of vineyards around Chablis. They stick to smaller yields, use natural yeasts for fermentation, treat their grapes with great care and are very sparing with the use of sulfites. All this to reinforce their philosophy of 'working with respect for the terroir and the environment'.
