Clos Bellane

Clos Bellane is a leading winery located in the Côtes du Rhône-Villages Valréas appellation in the Rhône Valley of southern France. This winery stands out for its commitment to organic and biodynamic viticultural practices and its focus on producing wines of exceptional quality that reflect the expression of the terroir.

The Clos Bellane estate extends over approximately 40 hectares of vineyards, much of which is planted with the Syrah grape for red wines and Viognier and Roussanne for white wines. The vineyards are located on steep slopes with calcareous clay soils and benefit from a unique microclimate influenced by the nearby Mont Ventoux.

The wines of Clos Bellane are produced using a combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques, with the aim of preserving the natural expression of the grapes and the terroir. The red wines are often intense and concentrated, with vibrant fruit aromas, silky tannins and beautiful complexity, while the white wines exhibit freshness, elegance and aromatic finesse.

Clos Bellane is known for its flagship wine, called "Le Clos", a prestigious red wine made from 100% Syrah grapes from the estate's oldest vineyards. This wine embodies the essence of Clos Bellane, with its depth, balance and character.
