Nino Negri Ca' Brione Bianco Alpi Retiche has a yellow colour with green tinges. This wine has rich, composite aromas with hints of minerals that disperse into notes of exotic fruit and candied citron; its flavour is mineral, harmonic, elegant and very full, with a pleasant fruity undertone. It holds out well and improves with time.
Nice wine in combination with mushrooms, Caprino, paté, terrines, fine fish and crustaceans.
