Corte Giara Chardonnay, an Italian white wine from Veneto, has a brilliant and intense straw yellow color. The ripeness of the noble Burgundy varietal comes through with an intense aroma of yellow fruit, particularly apple and pear, enlivened by a subtle but intriguing floral and citrus vein.
Graceful and harmonious, it is striking for its clear-cut, pristine palate. It has considerable body, supported by a crisp acidity.

Pairs well with sushi, Catalan style lobster, and shellfish in general, salmon marinated with dill, couscous with oriental flavours, Venetian style liver and artichokes.

Corte Giara
The Corte Giara project started in 1989 in Veneto and focuses on all world markets. It is the result of a collaboration between the Allegrini family and a select group of winegrowers. The vineyards have deep, fertile soils well suited to Veronese grapes and some international varieties. The idea is to offer an "every day" wine that combines respect for tradition with a modern, eclectic and international approach.
