El Coto Crianza
El Coto Crianza, a Spanish Rioja wine, has a red ruby color. The wine has a harmonious bouquet with aromas of vanilla and toast, it is a beautifully balanced wine, smooth and soft in taste with concentrated fruit notes, combined with strawberry aromas. Also the well-known aromas of vanilla thanks to the education in American oak.
Lovely long finish.

El Coto Crianza is a nice Spanish red Rioja wine made from Tempranillo grapes by Bodegas El Coto de Rioja.

El Coto de Rioja is a relatively young and successful company. The winery in Oyón, just north of Logroño, is impressive for its scale and efficiency combined with centuries-old traditions. In addition, El Coto has more than 700 hectares of its own vineyards spread over 7 different locations, which enables it to obtain an optimal diversity of grape supply. The management of the vineyards is scientifically supervised, so that grapes of the highest possible quality can be produced under all circumstances.
El Coto uses 72,000 oak barrels to age the red wines. This is unique in Rioja and even in the world. The result of all these efforts has ensured that El Coto produces wines with an exceptionally good ratio between price and quality. In a short time they have become one of the leading houses in the region.
