Eymann Toreye Ménage à Trois is a unique and expressive white wine from the Palatinate wine region in Germany. The wine is produced by the Eymann winery, which has been making wine in Neustadt an der Weinstraße since 1875.
The name "Ménage à Trois" refers to the three grape varieties used to make this wine: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. The grapes are grown on calcareous soils in the Eymann vineyards in the Palatinate. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected for optimal ripeness. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matures on the lees for 6 months.
The nose of the Eymann Toreye Ménage à Trois unfolds aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, honey, vanilla and mineral nuances. The taste is powerful and complex, with ripe fruit, lively acidity, a hint of sweetness and a long, persistent aftertaste.
