Eymann Von Löss Weissburgunder is a biodynamic Pinot Blanc from the warm Pfalz climate. No wonder this has a creamy texture. Refined scent of cake batter, apricot and mirabelle, some almond. Ripe and dried apples add to the taste. Moderate acids certainly contribute to the roundness and easy character here. At the same time, the slight tingling gives it a certain vibrancy.
Delicious white wine suitable as an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes, asparagus and salads.
Eymann Von Löss Weissburgunder is a delicious white wine from the winery Eymann from the Pfalz region of Germany. This organic wine is made from Weissburgunder grapes.
Recommended serving temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
The Eymann wine estate is located in the center of the German wine-growing region Palatinate, in southwestern Germany. The vineyards are located on the upper terraces of the Rhine, which were created during the last ice age. Although viticulture has been taking place here for 2,000 years, the Romans started this at the time, wine has only been produced organically since 1983.
The winery owns 15 hectares of vineyards, on which different grape varieties are grown. The well-known grape varieties Riesling and Pinot Blanc cover 5 hectares, on the other 5 hectares Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Silvaner, Gewürztraminer and Muskateller are grown. On the other 5 hectares are blue grape varieties, such as Pinot Noir, but also Dornfelder, St. Laurent, Regent, Merlot and Cabernet Cubin.
